Did not show any emotion keep it classy Busch Light shirt . whatsoever during the angry speeches. One father that lost his daughter finally got up and spoke words of forgiveness. Started tearing up. That moment had a profound impact on for some reason. I can’t imagine the courage it took for that man to do that. But he did something magical. He managed to reach someone in a way that he likely has never been reached in his life. He made a sociopath feel. And that.that is a super power. Empathy is worth all the pain it comes with.I applaud you for your willingness to go on that journey. If it makes you comfortable to explain it like this I believe moments like that are when , however we are god , is working in us and through us. I’m no churchgoer but I definitely believe in the power of love. And love heals and moves people spiritually. It starts with forgiveness. Send simply because we here have all identified with the narrative of your emotions in one way or another. I watched a movie on Ridgway years and years ago and remember that exact moment.
