This is how I feel about the Fred Warner NFL San Francisco 49ers football shirt . besides I will buy this film industry currently. It’s run by execs who look at the numbers, statistics and don’t even care about the art, the storytelling, or characters anymore. They just look at what’s popular. And they just use art as a way to make money and they’ll do whatever than can to make that money even in ways that we really do not agree. I wasn‘t aware that movies could be literally deleted as in the case of Hush. That‘s absolutely terrifying. I feel like streaming and the increase of prices at movie theatres are the two main reasons why the film industry has suffered in recent years. People still want to be intellectually challenged in my opinion but sadly not that many challenging movies are being made. I’m intrigued by the idea of a studio like A24 making more commercial movies. I hope they would make something more original. Big box office hits in the day we’re still original: all of Spielberg’s output, Ghostbusters, etc. Those were the big blockbusters before MCU. It is about audiences but it’s also about how much money they want to squeeze out of fans with a multitude of products available on streaming that interlink. They want us all to move to streaming only.
