It is not anywhere near as factual as the and by the same token and much maligned mainstream. Yes, they’ll find instances and guests who lie, but the sheer number and scale is not comparable. Add to this other far right lie factories like OAN and Newsmax and you have a TV trifecta of propaganda. How did I come to these conclusions? Part of it is watching these stations, but part of it is they themselves don’t think that highly of their “work”. You see, during a case involving Karen McDougal who claimed Tucker Carlson had slandered her, guess what Tucker’s lawyers argued? They argued that no reasonable viewer would take him seriously! Yes, it’s that hilariously absurd. Next, we’ve seen them repeat the Big Lie, unproven voter fraud, claims that started with Trump. Now they find themselves in legal hot water with Dominion and guess what? They’ve again retreated to no one reasonable enough to take what we say seriously! Unfortunately, supporters of this sort of actual fake news have been prone to simply dismiss anything that contradicts this stuff as itself suspect. Rather unfortunate.

I am not sure who you think was president from 2017–2020 and who controlled most of Congress for that period. Republicans did his bidding for those years. If there was corruption, then that was on them. As for bashing Trump, there are numerous reasons for doing so. He lied constantly. He bragged constantly. He deflected blame for things he did and took credit for things he didn’t. I have never met a Trump supporter who actually thought he was a decent person.As for being obsessed with Trump, I am not sure what you are talking about. He is thankfully not given as much press as he used to. I got tired of his whining, lying, and megalomania. The sooner he fades away into obscurity the better. He and his tiny hands can ride around in his tiny plane and he can give angry, incoherent speeches to increasingly tiny audiences. Former President Trump did not own the wall. Nor did he appropriate the money to build the border barrier to reduce illegal immigration. The border barrier had begun construction BEFORE Mr. Trump had even announced that he would be a presidential candidate. The wall is an issue for people who have no clue about it. Most people want to believe that President Trump started the border barrier project. Simple information searches will show that ‘the wall’ serves many purposes except for its intended one.
