Although there’s low cost clinics for vet care, your parents may not qualify for them and these clinics might be far away or not open during the pandemic. Therefore you would probably pay full price for vet care which is a significant expense. Ask your parents when you would be allowed to do a part-time job. A part-time job is a big responsibility. It’s usually less than 30 hours/week and usually requires a commute of some kind to a business or organization. It’s also time consuming. You probably wouldn’t have as much free time as you do now to spend with your cats. Also, it might interfere with your school work. There’s also the safety factor. A part-time job likely means going into a different environment and exposing yourself to that environment. You’ll likely need to wear a mask because of the pandemic.
