Now with that covered here is the background to my question. So, the past two weeks my dog has been going near my neighbor’s house. I don’t know why, but he just started to stay outside for one to three hours almost everyday. And today after school me and my dog were outside playing and then he went down to the neighbor’s house so I then went after him. When he entered their yard he went into a corner of their yard he started to pull at something, and when i went to get him I saw a dead dog covered in blood and missing half its leg. I then picked up my dog and ran back to my house. This incident only happened like three hours ago. I don’t know if this was a coincidence or not and I’m scared to tell my mom, what should i do?
